- 60 ml (1/4 cup) buffalo hot sauce (halal certified), preferred heat level

- 150 g (5.3 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 30 g (1 oz) crumbled blue cheese (microbial-rennet)
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) heavy cream
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ยฝ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
- Handful of fresh celery leaves, roughly torn, for garnish
- Optional: extra buffalo sauce for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF) with a baking sheet inside.
- Sauce Chicken: Toss shredded chicken with half of the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Make Blue Cheese Cream: Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, pepper, and salt; whisk until smooth.
- Prep Flatbread: Brush flatbread with remaining buffalo sauce, leaving a border.
- Layer Toppings: Spread sauced chicken and mozzarella over flatbread.
- Swirl Cream: Drop spoonfuls of blue cheese cream and swirl into mozzarella.
