  • Handful of fresh celery leaves, roughly torn, for garnish

  2. Sauce Chicken: Toss shredded chicken with half of the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  3. Make Blue Cheese Cream: Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, pepper, and salt; whisk until smooth.
  4. Prep Flatbread: Brush flatbread with remaining buffalo sauce, leaving a border.
