Instructions
- Prep & Bake Shells: Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF), grease a muffin tin, and bake cookie dough shells for 12-15 minutes.
- Make Cherry Filling: Combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch; cook until thickened.
- Prepare Pastry Cream: Whisk milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla; cook until thickened, chill.
- Assemble Cups: Fill cooled shells with cherry filling and vanilla pastry cream.
- Chill & Drizzle: Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with almonds.
