- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat And Prep: Preheat your oven to a steady 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash, peel, and cut your carrots into uniform halves or quarters lengthwise to ensure even roasting and desired charred tips.
- Whisk The Glaze: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pure maple syrup, chile powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined, forming the Maple-Chile Glaze.
