- 5 cups cold water (for dilution)
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Prepare Infused Simple Syrup: Combine sugar, 1 cup water, crushed cardamom, and dried rose petals in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low and infuse for 5โ7 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for another 15 minutes to allow flavors to deepen. Strain the syrup through a sieve, discarding the solids. Chill the syrup completely in the refrigerator (at least 1 hour).
- Prepare Lemon Juice: Roll the lemons on a counter to maximize juice extraction. Squeeze and strain the lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the chilled cardamom-rose simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and remaining 5 cups of cold water. Stir thoroughly to mix all components. Taste and adjust the balance by adding more cold water or lemon juice if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
