- 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh Orange Juice
- 200ml (ยพ cup) Heavy Cream (for whipped cream)
- 2 tbsp (15g) Powdered Sugar
- 50g (1.75oz) Dark Chocolate for Ganache
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Heavy Cream for Ganache
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Halal-Certified Caramel Sauce
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Candied Orange Zest, for Garnish
