- 30g (2 Tbsp) Unsalted Butter for mash
- 2 Tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Roast the Chicken: Season and roast chicken breasts at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 20-25 minutes, shred after resting.
- Prepare Mashed Potatoes: Boil cubed potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk until smooth.
- Sautรฉ Aromatics: Sautรฉ diced onion in butter until translucent.
- Create Roux: Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Build Gravy Base: Gradually whisk in chicken broth and simmer until thickened.
- Incorporate Chicken: Add shredded chicken to gravy and season.
