  • 720 ml low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 large lemon (zest and juice)
  • 250 g whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 15 g fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 g fine sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 2 g freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Sautรฉ Aromatics: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the diced onion and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
